1. Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
2. Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, most orders are processed within the same or 1 business day. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays..
3. Shipment Locations
3.1. Domestic

We ship directly from our Camberwell store "Camberwell Wholefoods with our delivery vehicle or Australia Post and a range of couriers for all domestic
4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
(a) Direct Local Delivery By Camberwell Wholefoods
Most orders will arrive the next business day, we will advise of your expected day and time slot.
We will communicate any delays should they arise.
Free delivery and a minimum order value of $150 for direct local delivery to our serviced postcodes.
(a) Australia Express Shipping
The order will arrive within 1 – 3 business days with Australia Post.
Express Shipping costs an extra $5.00 on top of the standard shipping cost o

(b) Metro Shipping
The order will arrive within 1 – 3 business days with Courier or Australia Post.
Shipping cost is flat rate $9.50 for metro postcodes.
(c) Regional Shipping
The order will arrive within 2 – 5 business days with Courier or Australia Post.
Shipping cost is determined by weight for regional postcodes.
0-3 kg - $10.80
3-10 kg - $13.50
10-15 kg - $18.50
(d) Rural Shipping
The order will arrive within 3 – 7 business days with Courier or Australia Post.
Shipping cost is determined by weight for rural postcodes.
0-2 kg - $14.20
2-5 kg - $20.80
5-15 kg - $32.80
(e) Standard International Shipping
We don't ship internationally.
(f) Please note:
(i) Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
(ii) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
(iii) Due to unforeseen circumstances, packages to and from our facility in Melbourne, Victoria may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.
(iv) We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
5. Tracking Options
Wellness Trading Pty Ltd (ABN: 23 677 328 899) aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.
5.1. Domestic
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.
6. Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at hello@camberwellwholefoods.com.au.
7. Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Wellness Trading Pty Ltd (ABN: 23 677 328 899) politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, please contact us at hello@camberwellwholefoods.com.au to report missing or lost packages.
